Thank you for your interest in the Legacy Pricing option at Shrout Wellness. This option is available to existing Shrout Wellness patients who wish to continue care at their current per-visit rate through a simple monthly auto-draft.

By enrolling, you select a monthly visit rhythm and prepay for those visits at your legacy rate. Your card will be charged on the first of each month and those visits may be used during the month billed, there is no rollover.

This plan is designed to keep care consistent and billing predictable, allowing us to spend less time on administration and more time focused on patient care.

Enrollment must be completed by January 31, 2026. This is not a contract and may be canceled at any time. Once canceled, or enrollment closes, legacy pricing will no longer be available and care will move to our standard 2026 pricing.
