You will be charged $52 per month, which includes 1 adjustment per month and access to the $52 legacy pricing for additional adjustments needed, with a $25 additional charge for same day urgent appointments.

You must sign up before January 31, 2026 in order to access this program. You can cancel anytime, but once the program is canceled, you will not have access to it again and care will be moved to our new pricing structures.

A valid credit card is required to be on file to enroll, so once we have your information, we may ask you to verify that the card on file is the one you want to use, or if there is no card on file, we may contact you to get a valid card.
